The Town of West Tisbury (“Town”), through the Howes House Study Committee (“Building Committee”), requests qualifications from qualified firms for Owner’s Project Manager (“OPM”) services for the planning and design of a renovated building for Council on Aging which serves residents in the town of Aquinnah, Chilmark and West Tisbury. OPM services will commence immediately after contract award. Planning and design is expected to be completed by December 15, 2022. RFQ documents are available at https://www.westtisbury-ma.gov/bids.
