Tri-Town Ambulance is an ALS-level ambulance service that serves the towns of Aquinnah, Chilmark, and West Tisbury. The service staffs three ambulances with full-time Paramedics, and volunteer EMTS, and is supplemented with paid EMTs in the summer.
