Information for your Installer-

They must be certified NO LATER than Dec 31, 2022 by Cape Light Compact in order for their customers to be eligible for rebates.

Heat Pumps have to be on the approved list on the Mass Save website.

https://www.masssave.com/saving/residential-rebates/heat-pump/heat-pump-qualified-list

There are three separate lists: central units, multi-splits, single head mini-splits.

Ensuring that the arrow is on the proper equipment list is one spot people run into issues with finding the equipment. If a customer is looking for a multi-split unit but selects the single mini-split list, the equipment would not show up.  Might need to look up the model number in the AHRI database

They need to supply you with an AHRI certificate for your HEAT loan application.
