Effective July 1, 1989, all interest charges and fees collected by the Tax Collector pursuant to MGL Chapter 60 Section 15 shall be turned over by the Collector to the Town Treasurer and deposited in the General Fund, and such charges and fees shall not be reimbursed or credited to the Collector.
