| The Island Affordable Housing Fund (IAHF) is establishing a fund to support improved energy efficiency and to reduce maintenance costs of permanently deeded affordable homes. These CPA funds will be used to support energy-efficient construction of homes for West Tisbury residents with incomes at or below 100% of the area median income. Each project will be designated in advance by the IAHF and approved by the CPC before payments are authorized. |
