In April 2007, voters approved the use of three town-owned lots on Bailey Park Road by the Affordable Housing Committee (AHC) for the development of three single-family affordable homes.  Now, the AHC needs funding for predevelopment costs including access and electricity rights. The CPC recommends the allocation of $45,000 toward this project.

ARTICLE 29:   To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from the Community Preservation Community Housing reserve the sum of $45,000 to fund predevelopment costs, including access and electricity rights, for three affordable single-family homes on Bailey Park Road.  APPROVED.
