BEACHES, LAMBERT'S COVE, HOURS
STM December 21, 1981 – Book 4 p. 409
No person or persons or motor vehicles shall be allowed on the Town owned portion of Lamberts Cove Beach, the parking lot, or the easement that joins the two between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. from June 15th to September 15th of each year.
Whoever violates this bylaw shall be punished by a fine of not more than $20.00

UNCLE SETH'S POND and LAMBERT’S COVE BEACH
STM November 15, 2011
No person or persons shall be allowed in Uncle Seth's Pond, or on the Town park by said pond between the hours of 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. from June 15 to September 15 of each year. Whoever violates this section of the by-law shall be fined $100.00 for each violation.
No person or persons shall be allowed to use soap, shampoo or detergent of any kind in or on Uncle Seth's Pond at any time. Whoever violates this section of the by-law shall be fined $20.00 for each violation.
Dogs and horses are prohibited in or on Uncle Seth's Pond or on the Town park by said pond and at Lambert’s Cove Beach from June 15 to September 15 of each year. Owners or keepers of such animals who violate this section of the by-law shall be fined $50.00 for each violation.
